For over 30 years, we’ve proudly served families of all backgrounds, with a deep-rooted commitment to our Hispanic and Latine community. But serving isn’t enough — we aim to represent, empower, and connect. And that begins with language.
Language as Connection, Not a Barrier
Imagine needing help with childcare, housing, or mental health — and having no one who speaks your language. It’s not just inconvenient. It’s isolating. It’s disempowering.
That’s why our services are available in Spanish and English, not just as a translation, but with cultural fluency and respect. From the moment someone walks through our doors, we want them to feel seen, heard, and understood — in the language they dream in, raise their children in, and trust most deeply.
Representation Matters
Over 60% of our staff identifies as Hispanic or Latine. Language justice is not just a checkbox for us — it’s woven into our organizational culture.
When a family meets with one of our staff, they often see a reflection of themselves — someone who gets it, who speaks their language, both literally and emotionally.
Beyond Words — A Commitment to Dignity
Language justice is also about power. Who gets to be heard in meetings? Who can advocate for themselves? Who gets left out of decision-making? We believe that families have the right to access resources, share their voice, and shape solutions — in their own language.
