The Family Center – La Familia recognizes Realities For Children as a Year-Round Sponsor

As one of 31 family resource centers in the state of Colorado, TFC/LF is proud to provide high-quality early childhood education to more than 75 children, and at the same time offer support and family strengthening services for more than 400 families on an annual basis.

The work that we do at TFC/LF really demonstrates the motto, “It takes a village” in real-time. As one of only two nonprofit Early Childhood Education Centers in the county, we know the importance of having the support of a “village”. Local support – both through volunteers and financially is an important building block to our success. Realities For Children is a valued partner in our mission and an important part of our “village” and success!

Realities For Children operates under the mission of uniting local youth agencies that serve children who have been abused, neglected, or are at-risk. Their unique business member – nonprofit hybrid model, unites nonprofits and youth agencies that are committed to collaboration, fiscal efficiency, and who work to provide services to meet the needs of children in Northern Colorado.

The Family Center-La Familia is proud to be a Partner Agency of Realities For Children. Our work aligns with the mission and goals of Realities For Children. It is great to have the support of a larger organization, and because of their support, we are able to reach out and create deeper connections within the greater community.

Realities for Children in a Year-Round Sponsor for The Family Center – La Familia

Realities For Children has stepped up in many ways as a supporter of The Family Center-La Familia, but none as important as in their role as a Year-Round Sponsor for our organization.

We have received support from Realities For Children in the form of emergency funding for some of our families, youth activities for our children to participate in, a broader reach in community awareness, event sponsorship – like in our Belong fundraising campaign, item distributions – like Bikes for Tykes that some of our families have been a part of, and open facilities space for team building and other activities.

As a year-round sponsor, Realities For Children serves as an integral part of our daily work and success.
