The Poudre River Public Library offers free citizenship classes at The Family Center/La Familia in order to help people prepare to take and pass the citizenship exam. The classes are specific to those who are eligible to apply for citizenship. The series of 6 classes is taught in English and therefore is recommended for students with an English level of 4 or higher.
Kimberly Baker-Medina, Local Immigration Lawyer supports the program by providing basic legal guidance as a guest presenter.
Students are required to register with the library at 970-221-6740.
All materials will be provided, as well as light snacks and childcare if needed.
