Medicaid/CHP+ Presumptive Eligibility (PE) Site
The Medicaid and CHP+ programs provide presumptive health care services to pregnant women, children 18 and under, as well as adults with disability whose family incomes at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Presumptive Eligibility (PE) allows clients to receive temporary medical care while their Medicaid or CHP+ eligibility is being determined by the county. Our Bilingual Health Advocate can provide you with same-day referrals and important information on how to become presumed eligible.
